Leadership Mastery is a transformational 9-week coaching programme that has been developed to empower you to lead yourself with confidence, lead a team competently and design your future leadership journey without constraints. Approved by The Institute of Leadership and Management and incorporating The Belbin Team Roles, it will give you the knowledge, tools, mindset and skills to transform and excel in your leadership journey. Upon completion of the programme, whether it’s done 1:1, in a small group or self-lead, you will receive your certificate of completion with the relevant credentials.
