Hi! I am Steph.
If you have time, watch the video to learn a little more about me... But if not, read on!
Dog and champagne lover aside… for any Leadership or Team Coaching – you’re in good hands with me.
But where did I start?
People told me I was a natural leader, a born leader… always taking the role of team leader in group activities in school… but truth be told, I wasn’t. Leadership is learned… not something you’re born with. And it certainly isn’t about being the ‘boss’!
I have spent the past 13 years in education – the majority of those years as a Secondary English Teacher – teaching all the way up to A’Level. In the majority of those years, I held a leadership position of some kind. I am now self-employed running my businesses; Leadership and Team Coaching being my main passion.
I could waffle on and on... But I'll keep it brief.
If you want a coach that cuts through the BS, helps you gain total clarity on how to become a trail blazing leader… fuelling yourself and your team and their fire… or how to become a productive and efficient team, and someone who has the experience, accreditation, qualifications, been there, done that, got the tee and ‘know how’ to do this… you’re in the right place.
Look through the website by all means, but why not book a free call? You can have me 30 minutes – tell me what you’re struggling with, tell me what you want to achieve, tell me what you want out of your team or yourself, or your future as a leader. I can help. Or maybe, you need a programme suitable for someone in your organisation whom you think has masses of potential, who will one day lead a team of their own. I can help them, too.
What my clients think...
I worked with Steph for a number of years and her knowledge and expertise were exemplary. Her drive and passion to unlock peoples’ potential was phenomenal. Steph is all about the team. She was able to help the rest of us, also as leaders, navigate challenging times with an assured and engaging style. Steph has this ability to connect with her team to inspire curiosity and ensure they leave her with a renewed sense of purpose in achieving ambitious goals.

🤔 "CPD? Personal Development. Ha! Sod that, I haven’t got time…"
Or so used to be my attitude.
❌ I started in a leadership role without any prior CPD, experience or even book recommendations.
In fact, I remember listening to a colleague talk about how she reads 1 book a month for her own professional development.
I thought, good for you (smug cow) 😂 , but sod that, I haven’t got time.
Speculate to accumulate they say. Oh how I should have.
✅ You have to work ON your leadership in order to work IN your team, well!
I should have read the books, went on the courses, spent more time with other leaders to LEARN.
🤷♀️ But I genuinely didn’t know where I would have found the time to do this.
🙄 The result: stressed, tired, overwhelmed, behind on tasks, struggling to meet deadlines.
Where to start if you’re feeling like you have no time:
1. Write down a list of what it is you need help with or want to develop
2. Find some books related to the topic
3. If no time to read, download audios and listen to them in the car
4. Ask another leader to recommend a book, a programme or give you some tips
5. Give yourself a break – your time is precious and important – use it wisely.

Totally agree!!!where are you xxxx
😁It’s funny how I now sell the exact thing I always wanted and needed… I just never knew it at the time.
😶🌫️Leadership was not an easy journey for me, and I’m still learning. There’s no such thing as a Leadership Expert.
In fact, Leadership is a lifelong learning journey.
Hopefully this might help some #NewLeaders #newmanagers or aspiring… or even established who have had no formal leadership training!
✊You can’t get it right all the time, but you can learn!

I don’t like the word ‘help’ – even though I help people.
💪 I equip, empower, embolden, elicit, inspire, challenge, teach, coach, fuel, enable… and probably a few bits and bobs in between.
😌 And I’m proud & privileged I get to do all these things!
What verbs would you give yourself for what you do?
